‘You Are All My Front Seats, All My Eve.’ is the companion track of her latest novel “色情白噪音 that’s the hormones speaking”, a prelude to her upcoming full-length album to be released in 2022.
Named after a direct quote from one of the book's chapter '色情白噪音──那不是河、不是雨', Peace Wong has delivered a musical confession murmured clandestinely to an unknown audience, all done using her customary instrumental setup of electric guitar and her unprocessed vocal. Meanwhile, the usage of white noise in the track hints at the overarching theme of the novel.
To Peace, music and writing can be complementary and unrelated at the same time. They exist in a contrary relationship between escape/ sustain.
